BORROWERS ASSURANCE UNDERTAKING

I John Doe do hereby undertake to comply with the terms in the Repayment Policy Agreement.

I further undertake in consonance with Clause 7 & 8 of the Repayment Policy Agreement, that I irrevocably assent to the repossession and sale of the security for loan with or without notice, and accept the residue of the said sale upon deduction of collated principal, interest and default interest.
I declare that this undertaking is entered in good faith, having been interpreted to me by a fiduciary of my choice.
